We opened without a kitchen. The first 6 months we worked with a limited menu cooking off of induction burners and a pizza oven. Having a good amount of time to ponder over all the things we wanted to cook but couldn’t, left us with a long list of ideas that we ambitiously waited to execute.

That notion birthed tapas. Tapas are small savory dishes, giving opportunity for you to try a little bit of everything. For brunch, this was necessary. Brunch is a brilliant collaboration of breakfast and lunch. Keep in mind, there was a long thought process on the menu. So, now we have all of these ideas and the well awaited chance to execute it. Tapas only made sense. We want you to try all of the goodness. Sit with your friends, your family, sit with strangers. We don’t care, we just want you to eat and try everything we thought up. Get a one of everything or a bunch of one thing. Whatever floats your boat is fine by us.
